Dedicated Time for Professional and Personal Development
Base salary provides for 4-day clinical workweek plus call
Approximately 1 non-clinical weekday per week, or about 52 weekdays annually, for academic activities, CME, and other professional and personal pursuits
Scheduled time off
7 weeks annually, increasing to 8 weeks after 15 years post-clinical training
Paid holidays
10 annually
Total non-clinical weekdays reflected in base salary
More than 90 weekdays annually, equivalent to approximately 18 to 19 standard workweeks
